Forging
Process
Forging is a plastic processing technology for tempering and shaping metal,
which compresses pores and segregation by forging the unevenness that occurs during the casting
while refining grains and improving texture.
1 Store raw materials
Order and receive materials best suited for customer needs (Ingot, Slab, Bloom, etc.) and handle raw material produced by domestic/Japanese steel mills.
2 Ingredient analysis
Check the mill sheet and confirm the component analysis of incoming raw materials.
Raw material management through marking to prevent material mixing
3 Material cutting
Raw material cutting process according to production input for each order Input amount and cutting design based on data from over 20 years of experience
4 Heating
A process that heats materials to a temperature adequate for the product material characteristics and forging molding process, obtaining 5 car type heating furnaces and 1-100 ton batch.
5 Forging
Mold heated materials with a press and other various molds into a shape and size appropriate for each product.
Hot free forging using a 1000ton/5000ton hydraulic press.
6 Heat Treatment
A process of securing mechanical properties suitable for the product and material characteristics by heating and cooling the material that went through forging molding work.
Obtaining 3 units of 20-100ton car type heat treatment.
7 Processing
A process of processing using processing equipment to manufacture the final product into the shape and size requested by the customer.
8 Inspection and shipment
A process using various inspection equipment to inspect and select the completed final product to meet the quality required by customers
Conduct tensile test/impact test/hardness test/non-destructive test and ship's classification test according to ISO9001 and issue a certification of results before packaging and shipment
